Eligibility

  • Individual Accounts with Mode of Operation as "Self" can register their Accounts for Mobile Banking.
  • Non-Individual Accounts of Sole Proprietorship can also avail Mobile Banking facility.
  • NRE/NRO Account holders can also avail Mobile Banking Facility.
  • Joint Accounts and Minor Accounts are not eligible for Mobile Banking.
  • Only Customers who have registered their Mobile Number

Activation

Here is a list of the essential requirements for mobile banking activation:

  • Active Bank Account :
    Customers need to have an active account with Kerala Gramin Bank, such as a savings or Current account.
  • Mobile Number :
    Customer mobile number should be linked to bank account for authentication and security purposes.
  • Smartphone or Compatible Device :
    A working smartphone with internet access (either via Wi-Fi or mobile data). The phone should meet the minimum system requirements for the bank’s mobile app.
  • Internet Connection
    A stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) to download and mobile data for the activation of mobile banking services.
  • Account Authentication :

    ATM/Debit Card Details: For the activation of account customer should have an active debit card.

    OR

    One-Time Password (OTP): An OTP may be sent to your registered mobile number for account verification.

  • Security Measures :

    PIN Setup: During activation, you may be required to set up a secure LOGIN PIN and TRANSACTION PIN for logging in to the mobile banking app and complete the transaction password.

    Biometric Authentication (Optional): Kerala Gramin Bank support fingerprint or face recognition for added security.
