My card has been blocked due to 3 successive incorrect PINs. What do I do?

Card will be automatically un-blocked next day. In case you have forgotten the PIN, approach your Branch.

What do I do if I have lost my Debit Card?

Immediately Hotlist / Block your Debit Card by calling 0497 2717800
Send SMS to 9230600500 in the following Format HOTLIST <space> Last four digit of ATM Card Number (Example : IF the last four digit of the card is 1234 SMS should be send in the format HOTLIST 1234)
Call our customer care number 0497 2717800 from the registered mobile number and follow the IVR instructions
Mobile Banking activated customers can block the card from the KGB mPAY application itself. Click on ATM card Menu >> click Temporary Block/Unblock >> Use toggle button to block debit card usage
Inform the Branch to Hotlist / Block Card

What is CVV number on RuPay debit card?

The CVV Number ("Card Verification Value") is a 3 digit number on the backside of your credit card or debit card.

What are the eligibility criteria?

The Card can be issued to Individual operative accounts holder / Self-Operated Savings, Current and Overdraft accounts. For joint accounts, with operating instructions as 'either or survivor' or 'anyone or survivor' the card can be issued.severally

Are there any charges for transaction at other Bank's ATM?

Five transactions per month (financial and non-financial) are free for usage in other Bank ATMs. This is applicable only to cards issued in the Savings Bank account. Card issued in the Current/Overdraft account will be charged from first transaction itself. Charges per transactions levied on SB accounts over the free transactions and other accounts are mentioned under Rates and Charges. 3 free transactions for metros

Is there any charge for transaction from KGB and Canara Banks ATM?
